♡ Healing Balancing Sounds – Immerse in the harmonious vibrations of Tibetan Singing Bowls, Resonant Gong Tones, Crystal Bowls and My Singing Voice to bring elements of Healing for your specific needs.
♡ In this work, I gently attend to different areas of the body — places where we often carry emotion, memory, and the need for care. I approach them through quiet listening and stimulate them with the vibrations of my instruments.
♡ Purifying Breath Work - In the beginning of the treatment I will guide you through a Purifying Breathing Technique. This powerful technique will support your process of balancing, helping you to have a harmonious energy flow in your mind and body.
What will happen during the treatment?
♡ You will lie down comfortably and receive the sound healing vibrations of my instruments and my voice. You just enjoy the sensations of Relaxation in your mind and body.
♡ I will place some Tibetan Singing Bowls on your body so that the vibrations will reach your body at deep levels.
♡ In the beginning of the treatment I will guide you through the Purifying Breath Work, it is super simple for you to do and powerful tool for balancing your body and mind.
♡ At the end of the treatment I will make sure that you have enough time to come back from the deep relaxation of a sound bath.

The session will be held in the center of Barcelona (Carrer Pelai) or optionally in your location.
