This special pop-up sound bath is designed to help you slow down, reset your nervous system, and relax. Surrounded by the vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, chimes, and vocal singing, you’ll be guided into a state of rest, balance, and stillness.

No previous experience is needed — simply come as you are, get comfortable, and allow the sound to carry you.
