January Light Retreat
Six days of sun, rest and being looked after in Southern Spain. All inclusive retreat. No yoga experience needed.
12–17 January 2027, Mijas, Málaga · Small group, max 14 guests · All inclusive
You've spent years looking after everyone else. Your job, your family, your team, your parents. Somewhere along the way, looking after yourself slipped to the bottom of the list.
This January, it moves to the top.
While most of Europe sits in grey and cold, you'll be in the hills above the Costa del Sol: sun on your face, a massage booked, lunch cooked for you, a glass of wine in your hand. You don't plan anything. You don't perform anything. You just arrive and let us take care of you.
Six days later, you go home rested, lighter and laughing again.
This is not a silent retreat
Yes, there is yoga, sound healing and deep rest. And there is also good food, laughter and live music.
Two evenings, musicians play just for our group. On the last night we throw a party: flamenco, wine, dancing until late, and maybe a neighbour or two dropping by for a glass.. It's one of the moments guests remember most.
We believe taking care of yourself should feel good, not like homework.

I am a yoga and prenatal yoga teacher, artist, sound therapist, a soon hypnotherapist, and passionate lover of healthy, nourishing food (and wine).
My journey toward wellbeing and healing — through yoga and sound therapy — has been long and deeply transformative. I believe true wisdom is born through time, life experience, challenges, and the ability to preserve sensitivity and intuition throughout it all.
My yoga classes include Yin Yoga, Slow Flow, Feminine Flow, and Vinyasa Flow, always incorporating breathwork, meditation, and often a small sound bowl relaxation at the end.
Through my yoga, meditation, and sound healing sessions, I hope people can reconnect with moments of softness, beauty, femininity, peace, and self-compassion. The world asks so much masculine energy, performance, and productivity from us every day — which is why I want to create spaces that invite softness, slowness, and feminine energy back into balance.
For nine years I was a single mother, carrying challenges I never imagined I could survive. Today, balancing work, three children, a new country (and still learning the language better), and a partner who travels frequently, it is easy to forget my own wellbeing. Life is beautiful, and I am genuinely grateful for all of it — but I have also learned that if I do not take care of myself, everything else can begin to shake and fall apart.
I have personally experienced what burnout feels like, and how essential it is to truly learn how to care for yourself. That is why this retreat is so deeply meaningful to me: a reminder that you are worthy, deserving, and capable of feeling wonderful in your body, mind, and spirit.
Imagine six days filled with delicious food, laughter, conscious movement, deep treatments, quiet moments, and pure joy. Imagine returning home feeling energized, peaceful, and deeply connected to yourself — carrying that feeling long after the retreat ends.
During this retreat, we are supported by a professional team of therapists, massage practitioners, musicians, and an exceptional retreat chef, all dedicated to creating the best possible treatments and experiences for you.
