Come lie down, breathe, and let the sound waves wash over you as the full moon rises over the sea. I'll be playing gongs, Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, and a few carefully chosen percussion instruments, weaving in soft vocal harmonies to deepen the journey.

Sound baths are a deeply relaxing practice that uses resonance and vibration to help calm the nervous system, release tension, and bring you into a state of deep stillness. No experience needed — just come as you are and let yourself receive.

  • What to bring: your yoga mat, a blanket, and anything else that helps you feel comfortable (cushions, extra layers, etc.) — evenings by the sea can get cool!

  • Can't bring your own mat or blanket? No problem — just let me know and I'll bring one for you.
